What happens after I book my glamping stay?

Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll send you a welcome message with information to help you prepare for your stay at Ozark Mountain Adventure. One day before your arrival, we'll send you your personalized gate access code along with any necessary arrival instructions. This allows you to access our private, gated property and enjoy a smooth check-in experience.

Are pets allowed at Ozark Mountain Adventure?

No. Pets are not permitted at Ozark Mountain Adventure. We appreciate your understanding as we work to maintain a comfortable environment for all guests.

Smoking is not permitted inside the glamping tents. Guests may smoke outdoors. If you need an ashtray, let us know and we can place one at your site, or you can find one at the community shack on the property. Some trails are more clearly maintained than others, so choose your route based on your comfort level and ability. Is there public traffic driving through the property?

No. Ozark Mountain Adventure is a private, gated glamping property. Each guest receives a gate code for access during their stay. The grounds are not a public drive-through, so traffic is limited to authorized guests rather than the general public.

I'm not an experienced hiker. Is there another way to explore the trails?

Absolutely! If hiking isn't your thing, ask us about taking a ride around the property in our 1974 Jeep. When the Jeep and a driver are available, we may be able to take you on a ride along the trails so you can enjoy the scenery without having to hike. This experience is subject to availability, so please ask about it before your arrival rather than waiting until you check in.

Can I arrange something special for an anniversary or romantic getaway?

Yes! We love helping guests celebrate special occasions. Yes! Lake Scooter, our stocked fishing pond, is within walking distance of the glamping sites or can be reached by vehicle. Bring your sense of adventure, enjoy the outdoors, and see what you might catch!

Can I rent a glamping site and invite additional family members or friends to visit?

Ozark Mountain Adventure is designed for guests seeking a peaceful, relaxing getaway. To maintain a quiet atmosphere and respect the privacy of other guests, parties and unapproved gatherings are not permitted. All additional visitors must be approved in advance. Please contact us before inviting anyone to the property so we can discuss your plans and confirm whether your request can be accommodated.

Can I order Uber or Uber Eats to my glamping site?

Yes! You can arrange rides through Uber and order food delivery through services such as Uber Eats, subject to local service availability. However, for the safety and privacy of everyone on the property, never share your personal gate code with drivers or other third parties. Coordinate with your driver or delivery provider to arrange an appropriate pickup or drop-off at the gate.

Can I bring two vehicles to my glamping site?

Each glamping site is designed to accommodate one vehicle. If you need to bring an additional vehicle, you can park it at our designated Basecamp parking area. Please contact us ahead of your arrival if you need clarification about parking arrangements.

Can I bring a trailer to Ozark Mountain Adventure?

No. Our natural swimming hole depends on rainfall and groundwater conditions, so water levels can fluctuate throughout the year. Because it is a natural feature, we cannot guarantee that the swimming hole will have water during your stay. We appreciate your understanding and encourage guests to enjoy the other natural features of our property as well.
